• Service: The luxury vehicle rental services provided by zephyrautoxl
• User or You: The individual or entity booking and using our rental services
• We, Us, or Our: zephyrautoxl and its authorized representatives
• Vehicle: Any motor vehicle provided by us for rental purposes
• Rental Period: The duration from vehicle delivery to collection as specified in the rental agreement
• Agreement: These Terms and Conditions along with the rental confirmation and any related documentation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a vehicle rental with zephyrautoxl, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the booking.

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle from us. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

zephyrautoxl provides luxury vehicle rental services in Taiwan, including:

• Vehicle rental for specified durations (one day, multi-day, or weekly packages)
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Satellite navigation systems
• Bilingual roadside assistance
• Vehicle delivery and collection services
• Additional services as specified in individual service packages

Service availability may vary based on location, vehicle availability, and seasonal factors. We will confirm service availability during the booking process.

4. Booking and Confirmation

Rental bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed when:

• We have verified vehicle availability for your requested dates
• You have provided all required documentation and information
• Payment arrangements have been confirmed
• You have received written confirmation from us

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

5. Driver Requirements

All drivers must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license issued by their country of residence
• Provide an international driving permit if the license is not in English or Chinese
• Present valid identification (passport or national ID)
• Have no serious traffic violations within the past three years

6. User Responsibilities

During the rental period, you agree to:

• Operate the vehicle in compliance with all Taiwan traffic laws and regulations
• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
• Not allow anyone other than authorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition and report any damage immediately
• Not modify, alter, or repair the vehicle without our authorization
• Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, or any commercial purposes
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted
• Not transport hazardous materials or engage in illegal activities

7. Payment Terms

Payment for rental services follows these terms:

• Payment is required in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$)
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due before vehicle delivery unless otherwise arranged
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, damages, or traffic violations

Pricing includes the services specified in your selected package. Any additional services or modifications will be charged separately.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service package:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before rental: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before rental: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before rental: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or force majeure events, in which case you will receive a full refund.

9. Insurance and Liability

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage as specified in the rental agreement. This coverage includes:

• Collision damage coverage
• Third-party liability insurance
• Theft protection

You are responsible for:

• Deductibles as specified in your rental agreement
• Damage caused by violation of this agreement or applicable laws
• Damage resulting from negligence or intentional acts
• Personal belongings left in the vehicle

10. Vehicle Damage and Accidents

In the event of damage or an accident:

• Contact us immediately to report the incident
• Contact local authorities if required by law
• Do not admit fault or liability at the scene
• Provide us with all requested documentation and cooperation
• Do not arrange repairs without our authorization

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by zephyrautoxl and protected by Taiwan and international intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

12. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we maintain our vehicles to high standards, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific vehicle features or performance characteristics
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Suitability for particular purposes not explicitly stated
• Route suggestions or navigation accuracy

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Taiwan law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for personal property damage or loss

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, labor disputes, or pandemic situations.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Taipei, Taiwan.

16. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
